The building, located in Merced square, consists of two buildings which primitive core date from the late eighteenth century, for this reason , both the façade and the courtyard are protected.
It required, therefore, areform and rehabilitation to transform into a hotel with 13 double rooms and 3 single rooms ,with dining room and restaurant on the ground floor, in addition to all necessary ancillary services and a small shop with access from Alamos street.
The project has respected the highest number of original features of the building, as it is in the case of floors, walls and pavements, highlighting the historical character that it has.
